Mysteries of Dark Energies: My Journey Unfolded

Today, someone asked me whether I believe in superstitions or "Nazar," which is often associated with the evil eye. I was silent for a moment. I didn't know what to say at first. As a child, I never believed in God neither did my dad. My mom, on the other hand, was devout, spending long minutes in prayer. But as I grew up, I remember the phase when I started to notice things, like when I went through tough times, I found comfort in doing rituals, such as tying a black thread on my foot , visiting temples more often etcetc. I still wear that black thread on my leg. It's like a part of me, a reminder of how far I've come. Even if it gets old, I'll replace it.

I think there's good and bad energy in the world. Nazar, to me, feels like negative energy, quick and powerful. But positive energy takes time, like planting seeds that grow slowly. It's hard, but when positive energy takes over, life changes. For me, it did! Even though I believe in science, I know there's something about these rituals that affects us. When I first wore the black thread, things didn't magically get better right away. It took a long time. I'm not saying it's because of the black thread, but there was a positive change over time. Life has its ups and downs. Blaming things doesn't really help.

After a few days, I tied a red thread to my hand, more for aesthetic reasons than spiritual beliefs. It made me feel good for a while, and then I removed it. Removing that did not make things worse or better. We need to look at ourselves and learn from mistakes. When someone asks me about superstitions, the evil eye, and similar beliefs, I can't give a clear answer. I know there's positive and negative energy, but the human mind plays a big role. I emphasize the role of the human mind in shaping our experiences. This is just what I've learned in my 20 years. Maybe in the next 10 years, I'll have a different perspective. My viewpoint might evolve in the next 10 years as I gain more experiences and insights, and I might believe the opposite of what I am believing now.

Superstitions have been a part of human culture for centuries, passed down from generation to generation and Superstitions can provide a sense of control or comfort in the face of the unknown. It's not just about saying, "I believe" or "I don't believe." It's about the feelings behind these beliefs.

In conclusion, life has existed for thousands, if not millions, of years, and my 20 years of experience are just a small fraction. I cannot definitively answer questions about superstitions and the evil eye.

I invite others to share their experiences and beliefs in the comments. If you believe in superstitions or the evil eye, I'd love to hear your perspective.

Personally, I believe that the complexity of the systems of our universe portray an intelligent and methodical creator.

Sometimes, we’re made to think and believe that some of these notions are unfounded and based on shear ignorance. However, I believe everything around us leads us to the junction of believing in the existence of a supernatural.

In IT today, we talk of a cloud. Think about it very well and you realize it doesn’t make sense at all. Where is this cloud? How physical is it? Isn’t it as abstract as the air we breathe and the emotions we feel?

The supernatural is not just a superstition, it’s a realm that is alive and well.
